摘要
通过对污泥比阻、泥饼含水率和扫描电镜图像的测定,进行污泥脱水性能影响因素的分析研究。对可能影响污泥脱水性能的2个因素进行了探究,2个影响因素分别为药剂投加顺序和反应温度。实验表明加药顺序应为液相氯化铁溶液在先,固相粉末在后,氯化铁溶液和固相粉末的最佳投配比为氯化铁溶液4.95%、固相粉末(石灰∶HAS固化剂=1∶1)16.50%;污泥脱水改性时温度对实验体系的影响显著,且存在最佳温度,最佳状态为17℃±2℃。该研究结果可为剩余活性污泥脱水处理提供科学依据。
The influencing factors on residual activated sludge dewatering performance were analysed through the determination of sludge resistance filtration,moisture content of the cake and SEM image. The factors effecting sludge dewatering performance of adding chemical agents sequence and reaction temperature were also probed. Experiment results showed that the adding sequence could be added with Fe Cl3 solution first and solid powder second. The optimal adding percentage was 4. 95% of Fe Cl3 solution and 16. 50% of solid powder( lime ∶ HAS stabilizer = 1 ∶ 1). The results indicated that the optimal temperature was 17 ℃ ± 2 ℃,when it had a profound effect on dewatering capability of sludge.
