摘要
为实现复杂控制算法在PLC控制器上的应用,提出一套先进的开发流程,将先进控制算法集成封装到PLC控制器中。对太阳能光源定位追踪驱动系统进行开发应用,运行结果表明该方法不仅可以实现在线实物仿真控制、缩短控制算法的开发和系统调试周期,还可以将先进控制算法移植并独立运行于PLC中。
In order to achieve the application of complex control algorithm in the PLC controller,a set of advanced development process is put forward,and the advanced control algorithm is integrated into the PLC controller. Solar tracking light source positioning drive system has been developed and applied. The results show that this method can not only realize the online simulation control system control algorithm,shorten the development and debugging of the cycle,but also can be transplanted and run independently in the advanced control algorithm in PLC.
