基于客户需求的设计柔性度量方法

摘要 为了提高产品设计中对需求变化的响应能力,根据客户需求对产品设计柔性的影响,针对数值型、逻辑型、程度型和选择型等不同的客户需求类型,提出了相应的设计柔性度量方法,并以汽车转向系统为例,分别对连续型客户需求和离散型客户需求的设计柔性进行实例分析,验证了度量方法的合理性,为产品设计快速应对需求变化提供了理论依据。 According to the customer demands on product design flexibility,a corresponding design flexibility measurement method was proposed in order to enhance response capability to requirements change in product design process,aiming at different customer demand such as the numerical type,logical type,degree type,and selective type and so on. By taking the vehicle steering system for an example,the design flexibility based on continuous- oriented customer demand and discrete- oriented customer demand was analyzed respectively,verifying the rationality of the measurement method and providing a theoretical basis for the rapid response to the change of needs in product design.
