摘要
近年来,我国农业科技成果转化遇到瓶颈,科技与经济"两张皮"问题凸显。在供给侧改革背景下,从农业科技成果的供需角度入手,将供需与有效供需结合,试图构建农业科技成果的供需模型,探究农业科技成果转化困难的原因。研究发现,从根本上形成对农业科技成果的有效供给和有效需求是促进农业科技成果转化的关键,并提出相应对策建议。
In recent years, Chinese agricultural science and technology achievements transformation run into a bottleneck, and the ＂two pieces of skins＂ of science and the economy was obvious. Starting from the view of the supply and demand of agricultural science and technology achievements, combined with the background of the reform of the supplyfront, trying to build a model of supply and demand of agricultural scientific and technological achievements and potentially effective supply and demand model,the causes of the difficulties in transforming were explored. Fundamental formation of agricultural science and technology achievement of effective supply and demand need to be built,in order to promote the effective transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements.
