摘要
思想政治教育是培养创新型人才的思想保障,创新型人才的培养需要思想政治教育的助推。思想政治教育在创新型人才的培养中具有价值引领、思维开发、意志塑造以及道德提升等重要效用。在实践中通过把握创新人才培养规律、创新培养理念、创新培养策略以及优化创新人文环境等途径,充分发挥思想政治教育在创新型人才培养中的独特效用,从而全面推进创新型人才的培养工作。
Ideological and political education provides guarantee and impetus for cultivating innovative talents. It also has many important functions such as guiding value view, developing creative thinking, shaping general will and improving moral values. Therefore, educators should make the best of ideological and political education to advance the work of cul- tivating innovative talents through grasping the rule of cultivating innovative talents, innovating the principle and strategy of talents training as well as optimizing circumstance.
