摘要
重大件货物在航运途中需进行系固绑扎,避免其受船体运动倾覆力的影响而发生位移或翻转运动,造成货物损毁。根据中国船级社颁布的《海上拖航指南》,对货物所受的倾覆力进行分析,改进倾覆力中惯性力的计算方法。在实船计算中,对比改进前后《海上拖航指南》倾覆力计算方法和《货物系固手册编制指南》倾覆力计算方法,并分析各计算方法的特点。
In order to avoid movement and overturn of heavy and length cargo caused by ship motion,which may cause cargo damage,the cargo should be secured when transported on the sea.The calculation method of capsizing force in CCS'Guidelines for Towage at Sea is analyzed and the calculation method for inertia force which is a part of capsizing force is improved.Besides,according to the result of actual ship calculation,the methods of Guidelines for Towage at Sea before and after the improvement and the calculation method of Guidelines for the Preparation of Cargo Securing Manual are compared.The characteristics of the the two different calculation methods in the guidelines are analyzed.
