摘要
为提高粮食脂肪酸值检测工作效率、减轻劳动强度、提高检测结果一致性,对粮食脂肪酸值检测的国家标准方法在提取、过滤、转移、滴定及计算等方面进行了改进。结果显示,改进后的方法与国标方法检测的脂肪酸值均在国标允许误差范围内,具有较强的实用性和推广应用价值。
To improve the fatty acid value of grain detection work efficiency,reduce labor intensity, improve the detection re- suits consistency, in this paper ,the fatty acid value of grain test method of national standard in extraction, filtration, transfer, titration and calculation is improved, the results showed that the improved method and national standard method for detecting the fatty acid values are within the scope of the national standard method of permissible error,has stronger practicability and value of popularization and application.
