以一类BINOL衍生的双齿亚磷酰胺为配体,用于铑催化的炔烃氢甲酰化反应中.在温和的反应条件下,对于一系列对称的双芳基或双杂芳环取代的炔烃底物的催化反应,以较高的产率(最高94%)以及优秀的化学和立体选择性(E/Z>99/1)得到相应的α,β-不饱和醛.
A couple of pyrrolyl-based phosphoramidites featuring a binaphthyl backbone have been used as bidentate ligands in Rh-catalyzed hydroformylation of alkynes, to afford a range of α,β-unsaturated aldehydes in generally good yields ( up to 94% ) with excellent chemo- and stereoselectivities ( E/Z up to 〉 99/1 ) under mild reaction conditions.
