摘要
以聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)为相容剂,采用双螺杆共混法制备聚丙烯/乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(PP/EVOH)共混物.利用毛细管流变仪研究PP/EVOH共混物的流变行为,研究了共混物配比、剪切速率和温度对流体的剪切应力、表观黏度、非牛顿指数和黏流活化能等方面的影响.结果表明,EVOH的加入降低了共混体系的剪切应力和表观黏度,温度在低剪切速率时对表观黏度的影响较大.
Polypropylene/poly (ethylene-co-vinyl alcohol) (PP/EVOH) blend was prepared by using maleic anhydride (PP-g-MAH) as compatibilizer via twin-screw blending method. The theological behavior of the blend was investigated by capillary rheometer. The effects of blending ratio, shear rate and temperature on shear stress, apparent viscosity, non-newtonian flow index and flow activation energy were studied. The results show that the shear stress and apparent viscosity of the blend decrease with the addition of EVOH, and the effect of temperature at low shear rates on the apparent viscosity is obvious.
