术后呼吸功能锻炼对肺癌患者肺功能恢复的影响 被引量:11

Effect of Postoperative Respiratory Function Exercise on Pulmonary Function Recovery in Patients with Lung Cancer

摘要 目的:研究与分析使用呼吸训练器进行呼吸功能锻炼对肺癌患者术后肺功能恢复的影响。方法:收集2015年拟行肺癌根治术的患者113例,并按照术后是否使用呼吸训练器分为观察组57例与对照组56例。所有患者均实施常规术前护理,在此基础上,对观察组术后加用呼吸训练器进行呼吸功能锻炼。对比分析两组患者术前术后血气指标、最大通气量、用力肺活量、最大吸气量。结果:术前两组血气指标、肺功能指标等无明显差异(P>0.05);术后观察组呼吸频率、血氧饱和度、血氧分压、最大通气量、用力肺活量、最大吸气量等均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺癌术后在常规护理基础上使用呼吸训练器加强呼吸功能锻炼可改善肺癌患者术后各项血气指标,增强肺部呼吸功能,促进肺功能的恢复。 Objective: To study and analyze the effect of respiratory function exercise on pulmonary function recov- ery in patients with lung cancer by breathing training device after operation. Methods: (P 〈 0.05 ). 113 cases of patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer were collected from Jan,2015 to Dec ,2015. According to whether the use of breathing training device for respiratory function exercise or not, all patients were divided into test group and control group. There were 57 cases of patients in the test group, while 56 cases in the control group. Based on the fact that all patients were given routine preoperative nursing care, patients in the test group were treated with respiratory function ex- ercise by breathing training device after operation. Blood gas indexes, maximal ventilatory volume, forced vital capacity and maximal inspiratory capacity were compared and analyzed between the two groups before and after operation. Re- suits :There was no significant difference in the blood gas index and pulmonary function index between the two groups before operation (P 〉 0.05 ). Respiratory rate, blood oxygen saturation, partial pressure of oxygen, maximal ventilatory volume, forced vital capacity and maximal inspiratory capacity in the test group were significantly better than those in the control group after operation. There was statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions: The respiratory function exercise carried out on the basis of routine nursing by breathing training device for the patients with lung cancer after operation can improve the blood gas indexes of lung cancer patients after operation, then enhance the pulmonary re- spiratory function and further promote the recovery of pulmonary function.
