摘要
介绍了锚杆的制备过程,分析了组分参数对锚杆的影响。通过冻融循环和长期加载试验,验证了锚杆的粘结性能。通过有限元数值模拟,分析了锚杆在不同直径、岩土和预应力中的锚固机理。研究结果表明:筋的最佳纤维含量为65%;锚杆的抗冻融性能较好,长期荷载对锚杆的粘结性能影响较小;锚固承拉能力受锚固土体的影响较大,锚固土体越好,其抗拉强度越大;预应力锚杆的整个剪应力影响范围不超过1m。
The preparation process of GFRP bolt was introduced in detail.The influence of component parameters on GFRP bolt was analyzed. The freeze-thaw cycle test and long-term loading test were carried out.The anchoring mechanism of GFRP bolt in different diameter, rock and soil and prestress were studied by the finite element numerical simulation.It shows that the optimal fiber content of GFRP tendons is 65%,GFRP bolt has good freezing-thawing resisting performance, and the long-term load has little influence on the bond behavior of the anchor bolts. The improvement of soil properties can significantly improve the ultimate tensile bearing capacity of GFRP anchor solid and the scope of the impact of prestressed GFRP bolt is not more than 1 m.
