摘要
为给杜仲SSR分子标记的选择提供参考依据,利用MISA软件对杜仲转录组序列进行了微卫星查找,共获得重复单元长度为1~6碱基的29067个微卫星序列。分析这些微卫星序列后发现,在杜仲转录组中,长度为二核苷酸的微卫星重复单元最为丰富,占43.7%;在单碱基重复和二碱基重复这两种类型中,最主要的优势重复单元分别是A/T和AG/CT;在三碱基、四碱基、五碱基重复类型中,(AAN)_(n)、(ANAT)_(n)、(AANAN)_(n)分别为其对应的优势重复单元。杜仲转录组中,微卫星的频率随着微卫星总长度的增加而降低。
In order to provide some references for the choice of SSR molecular markers of Eucommia ulmoides,microsatellites in the transcriptome sequences of E.ulmoides were found by MISA software.A total of 29067 microsatellites were identified with repeating units at the length of 1-6 bases.The microsatellite sequences were analyzed.The results showed that dinucleotide microsatellite repeating units were the most abundant in E.ulmoides transcriptomes,which accounted for 43.7%.Among the two repeating types of mononucleotide and dinucleotide,the most ascendant repeating units were A/T and AG/CT.In the repeating types of trinucleotide,tetranucleotide and pentanucleotide,(AAN)_(n),(ANAT)_(n),and(AANAN)_(n).were the corresponding dominant repeating units,respectively.Microsatellite frequency in E.ulmoides transcriptome reduced with the increase of the total length of microsatellites.
