燃气轮机燃烧振荡问题及防治技术开发 被引量:5

摘要 燃烧振荡危害燃气轮机安全运行的重要问题之一,需要开发相应的防治技术。燃烧振荡本质上是一个热声过程,存在三个主要环节。燃烧振荡的防治需要消除发生的3个必要条件。燃烧振荡控制手段分为主动控制和被动控制。国内外燃机制造公司和科研院所,在燃烧振荡防治技术方面开展了很多工作,取得了大量进展,同时也面临困难和挑战。国内燃机自主研发基础薄弱,燃机企业应该在燃烧振荡防治技术开发中扮演重要角色。燃机企业应该联合科研院所,分阶段开发燃烧振荡防治技术。 Combustion oscillation is one of the critical problems for the R D of gas turbines, calling for counter measures against its occurrence. Combustion oscillation is essentially a process of thermal acoustic, consisting of 3 phases, which can cause serious damages to gas turbine combustors. Three necessary conditions must be met to inhibit the oscillation. Control techniques include two types,i. e.,active control and passive control. A number of companies and research institutes make contributions to solving the problem,with a significant progress, while a lot of challenges are still existing. Chinese manufacturers,with the assistance of research institutes,should play important roles in development of the control techniques of combustion oscillations, which can be planned for several stages for realization.
