摘要
CFB锅炉在运行过程中主循环回路存有大量的高温物料,为了解CFB锅炉因给水泵突然跳闸等事故造成锅炉给水中断触发BT(Boiler Trip)的情况下水冷壁管的温度变化情况,东方锅炉借助清洁燃烧与烟气净化四川省重点实验室3MW CFB燃烧试验台,搭建了模拟实炉BT状态下水冷壁换热的试验装置,开展了高温灰渣堆积状态下向水冷壁管传热的试验研究。通过实测研究数据对BT后水冷壁的安全性进行计算评估,得到了水冷壁蒸干和达到壁温限值2种条件下的时间,为超临界CFB锅炉是否设置紧急补水系统及锅炉给水中断事故应急预案提供依据。
There are a large number of high temperature materials in the main loop of CFB boiler in operation process, In order to understand the temperature changes of the water wall tube in the case of Boiler Trip( BT), which caused by the boiler water supply interruption, a test device for simulating the water cooling wall heat transfer in the BT state of a real furnace is established in Dongfang Boiler Sichuan Province Key Laboratory of clean combustion and flue gas purification 3 MW CFB combustion test. Heat transfer test is carried out of the high X-temperature ash accumulation condition to water-wall tube, calculation and evaluation of the safety of the water wall of the boiler after the BT are carried out by the experimental data. The time of the water-wall evaporate to dryness and the wall temperature reach to the limit point are obtained, which provide the basis for setting up emergency water supply system and the emergency plan for the boiler water supply disruption in the supercritical CFB boiler.
