摘要
运用DNV PHAST软件模拟世界首艘商业用途压缩天然气(CNG)运输船装卸载过程中气体泄漏的扩散过程,对CNG运输船装卸载过程中气体泄漏发生喷射火、闪火、蒸气云爆炸等事故后果进行评价,选取最危险的工况对事故开展模拟,定量分析火灾的热辐射影响范围和爆炸冲击波的超压影响范围。通过对CNG运输船开展气体泄露评估,为该船后续的风险评估提供基础数据。同时,针对模拟结果,提出一些CNG运输船舶装卸货物时的预防措施,进而提高CNG运输船的安全性和运行可靠性。
Using DNV PHAST software, the diffusion process of gas leakage during the CNG tankers the world first commercial CNG tanker is simulated. It evaluates the accident consequence of jet fire, flash fire, vapor cloud explosion caused by gas leakage during the loading and unloading process of CNG tanker, which is to select the most dangerous conditions for the accident to carry out simulation, quantitative analysis of the impact of overpressure range of thermal radiation and fire the scope of the blast wave. For simulation results, the number of CNG transport ships precautions when handling cargo and related recommendations CNG station surrounding facilities, thus improving the safety and operation of CNG transport ship reliability.
