摘要
目的:观察对注射用红花黄色素产生不良反应患者的临床表现。方法:对833例应用注射用红花黄色素治疗心脑血管类疾病过程中发生不良反应的患者12例,并进行统计分析。结果:在应用注射用红花黄色素治疗心脑血管类疾病过程中,产生不良反应患者的发生率为1.44%,患者的主要表现为皮肤过敏反应,严重不良反应可致其呼吸困难及心律失常。结论:对注射用红花黄色素产生不良反应患者的主要临床表现为皮肤过敏反应,严重时可致其呼吸困难及心律失常。
Objective： To investigate clinical manifestation of adverse drug reactions（ ADRs） induced by safflower yellow for injection（ SYI）. Methods： 12 patients with ADRs induced by SYI in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were statistically analyzed. Results： The adverse reaction rate of SYI was 1.44% and the ADRs presented mainly as allergic reactions,or even dyspnea and arrhythmia. Conclusions： The main clinical manifestation of ADR induced by SYI is cutaneous anaphylaxis,or even dyspnea and arrhythmia.
