抗内皮细胞抗体与结缔组织病相关肺疾病中的意义 被引量：2

摘要 结缔组织病作为临床上一类较为常见的肺病,患病率呈逐年上升趋势,部分患者以呼吸道表现作为首发症状,同时可伴随着多脏器损害。结缔组织相关肺疾病作为一组全身性自身免疫性疾病,其发生发展可能与抗内皮细胞抗体（anti-endothelial cell antibody,AECA）的作用相关。近年来随着研究的不断深入,临床上对其产生了新的认知。本研究现通过对AECA的靶抗原、
