摘要
目的研究生物反馈联合序贯性心理治疗对强迫症患者认知功能的改善效果。方法选取2010年1月至2016年1月在我科诊治的强迫症患者90例,按照数字表法随机分为两组,每组各45例。所有患者确诊后给予盐酸舍曲林治疗,对照组患者给予序贯性心理治疗,研究组在以上基础上进行生物反馈治疗。治疗前后进行神经心理学测试,比较两组患者认知功能。结果治疗后,研究组患者在即刻记忆、连线测验A、连线测验B、持续性错误数测试结果明显优于对照组,且组间比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者延迟记忆、总应答数、非持续性错误数组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑电生物反馈联合序贯性心理治疗可明显改善强迫症患者认知功能,值得进一步推广。
Objective To study the effect of biofeedback combined with sequential psychotherapy on cognitive function in patients with obsessive compulsive disorder. Methods We selected 90 patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder in our department from January 2010 to January 2016. According to the digital table method, we randomly di- vided the participants into two groups （45 cases in each group ） . All patients were treated with sertraline hydrochloride, Patients in the control group were given sequential psychotherapy, On the basis of the above, the patients in research group was treated with biofeedback therapy. Before and after treatment, the neuropsychological test was conducted to investigate the cognitive function in the two groups. Results After treatment, the patients in the study group were sig- nificantly better than the control group in the immediate memory, the connection test A, the connection test B, the persistent error number test results （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference （P〉 0.05 ） in the delayed memory, total responses, non- persistent error number test results between groups. Conclusion The biofeedback combined with sequential psychotherapy can significantly improve cognitive function in patients with obsessive-compulsive disor- der, and it is worth to be further promoted.
