摘要
在球磨转速、球料比、不同直径球配比等球磨工艺参数不变的情况下,采用高能球磨法分析了不同球磨时间对添加不同抑制剂的超细YG6硬质合金组织及性能的影响。研究表明:在超细YG6硬质合金不脱碳的情况下,与球磨24h相比,球磨48h制备的YG6硬质合金孔隙较少,晶粒粒径更均匀,综合性能更优异;球磨48h制备的YG6硬质合金在抗拉强度影响不大的情况下,添加稀土元素Y可改善合金脱碳现象。
In this paper, the effect of different ball milling time on microstructure and properties of YG6 cemented carbide was studied with high energy ball milling machine,the ball milling speed,the ratio of ball to materials,a^d the ratio of different diameter balls unchanged. Research shows that if superfine YG6 alloy is not decarbonized, the alloy prepared by ball milling 48h powder with low porosity, crystalline grain distribute more uniformly than the alloy prepared by ball milling 24h one, and correspondingly, the comprehensive performance is better. This paper found that the ball mill of 48h preparation YG6 carbide under little effect of tensile strength, adding rare earth elements Y can reduce the alloy decarburization phenomenon.
