Objective To explore and analyze the therapeutic value of Salbutamol combining with Pulmicort Respules in the treatment of children with acute asthma. Methods A total of 90 children with acute attack of asthma in Enping Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Guangdong Province from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table, with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine therapy. In the research group,on the basis of the control group,Salbutamol together with Pulmicort Respules was added. The therapeutic effect in the two groups was analyzed. Results The total clinical effective rate in the research group was 97.78%,with a significant difference compared with that in the control group accounting for 82.22% (P〈0.05).In the research group, disappearing time of shortage of breath, cough, panting, and tale was (3.92±1.56), (8.42±1.36),(4.78±1.35),and (7.68±1.65) d,respectively, which was displayed a statistically significant difference compared with those in the control group [(2.26±0.63),(6.24±1.03),(2.27±1.01),and (5.36±1.04) d] (P〈0.05).The treatment satisfaction from children's parents was 95.56%,with a statistically significant difference in comparison with that in the control group (80.00%) (P〈0.05).Conelusion Application of Salbutamol combining with Pulmieort Respules can obtain a favorable effect on treating children with acute asthma.
