摘要
目的 观察宫瘤消联合甲睾酮、米非司酮治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法 选择2013年4月-2015年4月南昌县人民医院收治的94例围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组各47例。对照组给予甲睾酮与米非司酮治疗,观察组在此基础上加用宫瘤消。比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况;观察治疗前后两组患者的孕酮（P）、促卵泡激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、雌二醇（E2）等激素水平及子宫体积与肌瘤体积的变化。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为91.49%,明显高于对照组的74.47%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗前各激素水平、子宫体积、肌瘤体积比较,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后观察组各激素水平改善情况明显优于对照组,子宫体积、肌瘤体积缩小程度均明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 宫瘤消联合甲睾酮、米非司酮治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的临床效果确切,可有效促进子宫肌瘤缩小,缓解临床症状,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Gongliuxiao combined with Methyhestosterone and Mifepristone in treatment of perimenopausal uterine fibroid.Methods Ninety-four patients with perimenopausal uterine fibroid admitted into the People＇s Hospital of Nanehang County from April 2013 to April 2015 were selected, and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,47 cases in each group.Control group was given the treatment of Methyltestosterone and Mifepristone,and observation group was given the Gongliuxiao on this basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared;the hormone levels such as progesterone （P）,follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH）,luteinizing hormone （LH）,estradiol （E2）, and the changes of uterus volume and myoma volume of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.49%,significantly higher than 74.47% of the control group,the dif- ference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;before treatment,there was no significant difference in the progesterone levels,uterus volume and myoma volume between the two groups （P〉0.05）;after treatment,the improvement situation of hormone levels of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the reduction degree of uterus volume and myoma volume was significantly larger than that of the control group （P〈0.05）;there was no statistically sig- nificant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Gongliuxiao combined with Methyhestosterone and Mifepristone has definite clinical efficacy,it can effectively promote the shrinking of uterine fibroid,relieve clinical symptoms and has value of clinical application.
