摘要
为建立水氯霉素残留检测方法,分析了高效液相色谱-质谱法测定水中氯霉素残留效果。结果表明高效液相色谱-质谱法测定水中氯霉素残留实验添加平均回收率为86.1%~92.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为3.41%~4.57%;相关系数为0.9982;方法检出限为6×10^(-3)μg·L^(-1),定量限为2×10^(-2)μg·L^(-1),说明具有快速、准确、灵敏度高等特点,适用于水中氯霉素残留检测检测分析。
The purpose is to establish the determination methods of chloramphenicol residues in water, analysis of chloramphenicol de- termination in water by high performance liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry. The results showed that using this determination method, adding recovery rate was 86.1 - 92.1%, the relative standard deviation （ RSD, n =6） ranged from 3.41% to 4.57% ; the correlation coefficient was 0.9982; the detection limit was6×10^-3μg·L-1 , and detection limit was 2×10^-2μg·L-1The method is rapid, accurate and highly sensitive, and is suitable for the determination of chloramphenicol residues in water.
