摘要
通过对地方本科院校人才培养普遍存在的问题进行分析,结合具体实际情况,以蚌埠学院生物工程专业人才培养为例,从应用型创新人才培养方案的制定和完善、课程体系改革、实践基地建设以及大学生创新创业项目的申报和实施等方面进行改革和实践,积极探索校企合作下应用型创新人才培养模式。
This paper analyzes the problems of talents training in local universities with professional talent training of Bio-engineering majors of Bengbu University as an example, from such aspects as the development and improvement of innovative talent training program, curriculum system reform, practicing base construction and students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship project application and implementation. It aims to explore innovative talents training mode under the background of university-enterprise cooperation.
