摘要
目的探析冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者口服麝香保心丸的耐受性及安全性。方法 60例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者采用常规冠心病稳定型心绞痛药物治疗,观察组在常规药物基础上给予患者口服麝香保心丸治疗。对比两组患者药物治疗效果、耐受性和用药后不良反应发生情况。结果对照组显效5例、有效19例、无效6例,观察组显效10例、有效19例、无效1例;观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者药物耐受性评分为(94.05±1.27)分,不良反应发生率为3.33%,对照组患者分别为(93.72±1.24)分、6.67%,两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对冠心病心绞痛患者采用口服麝香保心丸药物,相比于传统药物治疗效果更佳显著,且药物耐受性良好,用药不良反应少,值得推广。
Objective To investigate tolerance and safety by oral administration of Shexiangbaoxin pills by coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients. Methods A total of 60 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 Cases in each group. The control group received conventional drug therapy for coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris, and the observation group received additional oral administration of Shexiangbaoxin pills. Comparison was made on curative effect by drugs, tolerance, and adverse reactions after administration between the two groups. Results The control group had 5 excellent cases, 19 effective cases and 6 ineffective cases, and the observation group had 10 excellent cases, 19 effective cases and 1 ineffective case. The observation group had higher total effective rate as 96.67% than 80.00% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). The observation group had drug tolerance score as (94.05 ± 1.27) points and incidence of adverse reactions as 3.33%,which were respectively (93.72 ±1.24) points and 6.67% in the control group. Their differences had no statistical significance (P〉O.05). Conclusion Implement of oral administration of Shexiangbaoxin pills for coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients provides better curative effect than conventional drug therapy. This method shows good drug tolerance and few adverse drug reactions, and it is worth promoting.
