摘要
随着中央对农业发展问题的重视,"三农"问题成为发展中的重中之重,笔者立足国内外,对现代农业发展进行重新审视,并提出建议,以期引起相关部门重视,共同推进现代农业发展。
In recent years, the central government had attached more and more importance to the development of agriculture, and ＂three agriculture issues＂ had been listed as the top priority of development for several years. Under the new situation, the author re-examines the development of modern agriculture based on foreign and domestic and put forward the following proposals, in order to cause the relevant departments to promote the development of modern agriculture jointly.
