ChemAxon是一种基于Java的跨平台药物信息学综合软件包,是全球领先的专业性化学软件。主要介绍ChemAxon包中的常用的功能及应用,通过实际案例的使用与分析,探索其在药学专业中通过对其功能的使用和实践。在课程中,该软件可以加深学生对于计算机辅助药物设计中小分子信息处理的理解与使用,从而提高学生的综合能力。
ChemAxon is the world leading Cheminformatic package and issued in multiple OS platform based on Java. The main functions and applications are introduced and illustrated by the several cases presentation and analysis. The students could understand and make use of the basic cheminformatic concepts in the CADD class by the ChemAxon operation, then they could achieve better in their future careers.
