Effect of laparoscopic and open gastric bypass on immune reaction in T2DM patients

摘要 1资料与方法 1．1一般资料 选取自2008年12月至2015年12月在佳木斯大学附属第一医院普外一科46例确诊为T2DM并自愿行胃转流手术治疗的患者为研究对象。其中男28例，女18例，根据《中国糖尿病外科治疗专家指导意见》入选标准：①患者空腹及餐后血糖符合WHO的T2DM诊断标准，伴有或不伴有肥胖症的患者。
