摘要
国家开放大学坚持以人为本的原则,不断满足和适应成人学生多样性的教育需求。河北开放大学在考试机制改革中应完善学习过程评价,形成性测评内容要全面,比例要适当,种类不益过多,评价的媒介要精而少;终结性考试过程中应降低课程的理论水平难度,增加理论联系实际情况的内容,减少试卷考试的比例,增加实际操作和在线科目考试比例,合并机考中的计划包,节省时间,提高效率,尽可能地实现实时考试,形成具有自己特色的考试方式。
The Open University of China adheres to the people-oriented principle and carries on the education constantly meeting and adapting to the diversified characteristics of adult learners.The examination mechanism in the Open University of Hebei should be perfected in the reform process of assessment.Formative assessment content must be comprehensive,the proportion should be appropriate,types not too many,evaluation media effective and moderate.Summative assessment examination should decrease the difficulty of the theoretical level of the course,increase the content of the combination of theory with actual situation,reduce the proportion of test paper,increase the actual operation and the proportion of online course examination,integrate the machine test plan package,save time and improve efficiency,implement real-time examination as far as possible,thus to form the examination mode with their own characteristics.
