摘要
目的:对食品用塑料复合膜袋能力验证样品中溶剂残留量进行不确定度评定。方法:依据标准GB/T 10004-2008《包装用塑料复合膜、袋干法复合、挤出复合》和JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,对能力验证样品中目标物进行测试,并对测定结果进行不确定度评定。结果:本次能力验证测量结果为苯:1433.48±47.62mg/L;甲苯:282.09±14.73mg/L;乙醇:2036.49±54.68mg/L,包含因子K=2,结果满意。
Aim：To evaluate the uncertainty of residual solvent in food packaging plastic laminated films and bags by proficiency testing. Methods： The content was tested under the direction of GB/T 10004- 2008 Plastic laminated films and pouches for packaging-Dry lamination and extrusion lamination. Then, the uncertainty was determined according to JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement .Finally, synthetic method was used to calcula te and assess the uncertainty of residual solvent content. Results： the content of Benzene was 1433.48±47.62mg/L, the Toluene was 282.09±14.73mg/L and the Ethanol was 282.09±14.73mg/L with the coverage factor k=2, which showed a satisfactory results.
