摘要
[目的]明确输卵管癌CA125的表达情况及监测的可行性。[方法]用放射免疫法检测血清CA125 ,结合临床及随访资料进行分析。[结果]输卵管癌与正常妇女及输卵管良性病变血清CA125值有显著差异 ,CA125值在缓解、恶化及复发病例中有不同表现。[结论]血清CA125可以对输卵管癌进行监测 。
To investigate the serum CA125 express in the fallopian tube cancer(FTC) patients and the possibility of monitoring the state of disease. Radioimmunoassay is used to measure the CA125 of the serum. The results, combined with clinical treatment outcome and follow_up survey of FTC cases were analysed.There was significant difference of serum CA125 among the ordinary female, the patients with benign disease and the patients with FTC. The value of CA125 was also different in regress, progress and the recurrence of FTC patients.[Conclusion]The serum CA125 can be used to monitor FTC. The variety of serum CA125 is related with the state of disease.
