外源赤霉素GA_3对大豆光合作用的促进和叶片内源赤霉素GA_(1+3)水平(英文) 被引量:42

Stimulatory Effect of Exogenous GA_3 on Photosynthesis and the Level of Endogenous GA_(1+3) in Soybean Leaf

摘要 在营养生长阶段大豆正在扩展和刚刚完全扩展的叶片 (4~ 1 2天龄 )观察到外源赤霉素GA3引起净光合速率增高 ,但是在成龄叶片 (1 7~ 2 2天龄 )观察不到这种效应 (图 1 )。在扩展着的叶片 (4~ 8天龄 )中用免疫实验检测的内源赤霉素GA1 +3含量低于成龄叶片中的含量 (图 2 )。由这些结果得出结论 Increases in net photosynthetic rate (Pn) caused by exogenous GA 3 treatment were observed in expanding and just fully expanded leaves (4-12 days old), but not in mature leaves (17-22 days old) of soybean plant at vegetative stage (Fig.1). Endogenous GA 1+3 content detected by immunoassay was lower in expanding leaves (4-8 days old) than in mature leaves (Fig.2). It is concluded that the stimulatory effect of exogenous GA 3 on photosynthesis presupposes a low level of endogenous bioactive gibberellins in soybean leaves.
