摘要
应用微量热法测定了大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌在不同浓度灵芝水煎液作用下的生长热———时曲线 ,根据Malthus模型 ,计算出了两种细菌在指定条件的生长速率常数。以生长速率常数大小为依据评价灵芝的促菌抗菌作用。结果为大肠杆菌的最佳用药浓度为 0 0 18g .ml- 1 ,最低用药浓度为 0 .3 967g .ml- 1 。枯草杆菌最佳用药浓度为 0 0 2 6g .ml- 1 ,最低用药浓度为 0 2 968g .ml- 1 。灵芝浓度较小时对两种细菌有促菌作用 ,灵芝浓度较大时对两种细菌有抑菌作用的结论。
Microcalorimetric method was used to study the growth regularity of E.coli and B.subtilis at different concentration of Ganoderma lucidum Farst.The bacterial growth power_time curves in different conditions were determined.The bacterial growth rate constants were calculated by Malthus's model.According to the constants,the abilities of Ganoderma lucidum Farst to promote and to resist bacteria growth were evaluated.The best concentration of the drug was 0.018g·ml -1 and the critical concentration of the drug was 0.3967g·ml -1 for E.Coli.The best concentration of the drug was 0 026g·ml -1 and the critical concentration was 0 2968g·ml -1 for B.subtili. Ganoderma lucidum Farst had promoter action for bacteria when its concentration was lower and had restricted action when its concentration was higher.
