摘要
铍青铜活塞精镗孔加工研究主要解决的是某型抗荷调压器中活塞在精镗孔时刀具耐用度低,活塞内孔Φ15+0.016+0.037mm的圆柱度0.0025mm不易保证的难点问题。利用现有工艺技术,确保达到设计要求。
Beryllium bronze piston boring research was to solve the problem of low tool durability of a certain type of anti-G valve piston in precise boring and the problem of being not easy to guarantee the diameter of Φ15+0.016+0.037mm0.0025 mm cylindricity.The design requirements were ensured by using the existing process technology.
