摘要 人才培养是行业发展的动力,人才培养方式是人才培养过程中培养内容与培养方法的有机结合。中国的广告教育以学校教育为主体,通过课堂教学结合实践教学的方式实现系统教授专业知识与业务技能的教学目标,但在实际上,广告教师缺乏从业经验的现实制约了教育效果。而日本由广告公司作为培养主体,边做边学,终身培养、终身学习的人才培养方式可以为我们提供有益借鉴。 Talents cultivating is the driving force for the development of trade,the talents cultivating mode is referring to the organic combination of cultivating mode and content in the process of talents cultivating. Chinas advertising professional education focus on the schooling. We want to achieve the goal that systematic imparting professional knowledge and business skills,through the combination of classroom teaching and practical teaching. However,advertising teachers lack of practical experience restricted the teaching results,in fact. In Japan,the advertising education is base on the advertising company,students learn professional knowledge,while in practice. This cultivating mode that lifelong cultivating and lifelong learning has reference significance to us.
