探讨螺旋CT三维成像技术在脊椎损伤中的应用价值 被引量:8

摘要 目的 :探讨和分析螺旋CT三维成像技术在脊椎骨科的应用价值。方法 :采用随机分配法将在医院脊椎骨科进行治疗的90例患者随机分为2组,对照组采取MRI技术进行诊断,研究组采用螺旋CT三维成像技术进行诊断,分析2组患者的诊断准确率。结果:由数据统计得出,单纯型骨折的比例最高,占到全部类型的48.89%;造成损伤的主要原因为车祸,其次为高处坠落,二者共占全部原因的63.33%;对照组诊断准确率为75.56%,研究组诊断准确率为97.78%,2组诊断准确率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:螺旋CT三维成像技术通过三维立体成像使得脊椎损伤部位的细节展示更加清晰,提高了临床医生的诊断准确率,较MRI具有更好的临床应用价值,值得在脊椎骨科推广使用。 Objective To study the application of spiral CT 3d imaging technique in spine orthopedics. Methods Totally 90 patients treated in the spine orthopedics department were divided randomly into an experiment group and a control group. The patients in the experiments used spiral CT 3D imaging technique for diagnosis, and the ones in the control group applied MRI for diagnosis. The diagnosis accuracies were analyzed in the two groups. Results Simple fracture accounted for the highest proportion (48.89%), the causes for simple fracture included mainly the road and falling accidents, and the two causes resulted in 63.33% simple fracture patients. The diagnosis accuracy was 75.56% in the control group while 97.78% in the experimental group, and the difference between the accuracies was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Spiral CT 3D imaging technique behaves better than MRI in displaying the details of spinal injury and enhancing the diagnosis accuracy, and thus is worthy promoting in spine orthopedics.
