摘要
中科院强磁场中心现已完成了40T混合磁体真空系统的研制,并成功运行。该真空系统主要由主抽气管路、分子泵、罗茨泵组、质谱仪、残余气体分析仪等组成。本文讨论了真空系统的设计,真空系统的运行,最后通过实验检验了设计参数,结果表明该真空系统可以稳定运行,满足设计要求。
A novel type of large sized, irregularly shaped vacuum system, dedicated to the 40T hybrid super- conducting outer magnet (the outsert) in the Chinese High Magnetic Field Laboratory has been successfully de- signed, fabricated, installed, tested and put into operation. The influence of the pressure and strong magnetic field on the long-term stability of the 4T hybrid superconducting outsert was investigated for design optimization. The newly- developed vacuum system included the pumping unit, large-sized stainless steel vacuum chamber, mass spectrome- ter, vacuum gauges, and control unit designed on the basis of programmable logic controller (PLC). The test results show that the vacuum system was capable of pumping down the atmospheric pressure to 5.0 × 10^-4 Pa in about 90 min with a total leakage rate of 1.0× 10^-9 Pam3/s, and that it worked stably for a fairly long time, little affected by the strong magnetic field environment.
