摘要
公路路面基层是用高质量材料铺筑的主要承重层,其直接位于沥青层或水泥面板之下。修筑合格的路基是决定整个施工质量好坏和影响公路使用寿命的主要因素。然而出于经济利益的考虑,很多施工单位单纯的考虑加速进度、缩减成本,致使不少路段因为缺乏施工技术管理,以至于路基质量不达标,致使公路不能达到预期的使用寿命就已经损坏,造成了人力、资源、经济的巨大损失。因此,加强道路施工中基层的技术处理时必不可少的。石灰土作为道路施工中使用最广泛的材料之一,必须要加强道路工程中石灰土基层的施工工艺及质量控制,提高公路使用寿命,降低维护保养成本。
Highway pavement base is the main bearing layer paved with high quality material, which is located directly under the asphalt layer or cement panel. Construction of qualified roadbed is the main factor to determine the quality of the entire construction and impacts the road service life. However, for economic considerations, many construction units simply consider accelerating the progress and reducing costs, resulting in quality defects of many sections because of the lack of construction technology management, and the road can not achieve the expected life, leading to huge loss of human labor, resource, and money. Therefore, the strengthening of road construction in the grass-roots technical processing is essential. Lime soil is one of the most widely used materials in road construction, so we should strengthen the construction technology and quality control of lime soil base in road engineering, improve the service life of highway and reduce the cost of maintenance.
