摘要
对近年来关于《伤寒杂病论》方药治疗恶性肿瘤的临床和研究报道进行整理、归纳、分析,发现"经方"可以灵活运用于各类恶性肿瘤的治疗.根据不同阶段的肿瘤患者出现的临床表现进行辨证论治,用"经方"辅助治疗能够改善患者症状、减少针对性治疗的毒副反应、增强治疗效果、提高生活质量、延长生存期等,故在中西医结合治疗恶性肿瘤过程中诸多效方值得借鉴、推广和应用.
The clinical and research reports about prescriptions of ＂ Treatise on Febrile and Miscella-neous Diseases＂ to treat malignant tumor medicine in recent years were collected and summarized, ana-lyzed ,and found that the classical prescriptions can be flexibly used in treatment of various malignant tumors. To carry on the diagnosis and treatment according to the clinical manifestations of tumor patients in different stages, using the classical prescriptions with adjuvant therapy can improve patients’ symp-toms, reduce the adverse reaction of targeted therapy and enhance the therapeutic effect of treatment, im-prove the quality of life and prolong the survival time and so on, so many effective prescriptions are wor-thy of reference, promotion and application in the process of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating malignant tumors.
