摘要
通过对掺加有机硅憎水剂的水泥砂浆试件进行强度试验和吸水量试验,研究并分析水泥砂浆强度、吸水量与有机硅憎水剂掺加量之间的关系。试验结果表明:水泥砂浆中掺加SHP-50有机硅憎水剂后不会对其强度产生明显影响,但可以显著降低水泥砂浆的吸水量,且随着憎水剂掺加量的增大吸水量显著降低,增大到3‰后吸水量趋于稳定,故掺加量在1.5‰-3‰之间为宜。
Through the strength test and water absorption test of cement mortar specimens added with organic silicone waterproofing agent, the relationship among the strength of cement mortar, water absorption and the mixing amount of organic silicone waterproofing agent was studied. The test results show that the addition of organic silicone SHP - 50 waterproofing agent admixture in cement mortar will not have a significant impact on its strength, but it can significantly reduce the water absorption of cement mortar. And with the increasing of the mixing amount, the water absorption is considerable reduced, when it reaches 3‰, the water absorption tends to be stable, so the best mixing amount is between 1.5%v and 3‰.
