摘要
通过对建筑设计公司常见管理问题的分析与研究,提出改进管理模式,保证设计时间及质量管理时间,强化监管、考核,制定透明合理的分配制度的办法,努力提升设计质量,提高竞争力。
After analyzing the the common quality management problems of architectural design company, a method that could improve man- agement mode and enhance supervision system and performance evaluation mechanism was proposed. The method could help the company achieve the goal of improving design quality and competitiveness.
