摘要
翻转课堂是否适用于医护类5年高职低年级学生?课题组在高职语文教学中,以TBL(注:Task-based learning或者team-based learning,该文定义为"基于任务的团队学习方式")教学为基础,采用教育观察法、教育调查法及测量法等研究方法,从教师观念转变、课程设计、学生学习习惯养成、学习方式转变、学习过程调控、师生评价反馈体系改革等多维度着手,对500余名"3+2"五年医护类高职学生合理科学运用翻转课堂,促进了学生人际交往能力、信息搜集能力、表达能力、责任感、协作能力等现代医护职业教育所迫切需要的人才素养的提高,为其他人文学科改革提供了参照体系,也为培养5年医护类人才职业素养提供了不同的角度。
Is the flipped classroom really practical for junior students of vocational nurse education?In the teaching of vocational chinese,our research group based on the TBL teaching methods,adopted the Educational observation method,research method,measurement method and some other methods,began with the changes of concept for teachers,curriculum design,students' habits formation of study and the changes of their learning habits,controling the regulation of study process,feeback system for evaluation of teachers and students. And finally the rational use of flipped classroom to 500 students who studying in the "3 plus 2",5-year vocational nurse education, has obviously improved their communication skills,abilities of collecting imformation,expression,cooperation,and responsibility to their future's work,all of these accomplishments would be required in modern medical and nursing vocational education.At the same time,the result of survey provided a reference system in reformation to other Humanities,of course it also showed us with different angles to trained personnel of 5-year vocational nurse education.
