文章根据“八五”计划期间,铁路运输强度将继续从低、中型向中、高型转变,工务部门必须使线、桥、隧设备保持良好状态。本文从必须依靠技术进步,采取一系列技术措稍方面,进行了全面的论述。
The paper states in a comprehensive way the fact that the railway civil engineering department must keep the track, bridge, and tunnel in good state, soas to keep pace with the transition from low and medium levels to medium and high levels of railway transport density. It gives an all round bri-eving on a series of technical measures.
