摘要
目的探讨风险管理在血液透析护理中的应用效果。方法 78例血液透析患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各39例。对照组常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予风险管理。观察2组护理风险发生情况,比较2组治疗依从性和护理满意度。结果观察组护理风险事件发生率7.6%(3/39),低于对照组的28.2%(11/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组依从率和护理满意度为97.4%(38/39)和92.3%(36/39),分别高于对照组的79.5%(31/39)和71.8%(28/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析护理中实施风险管理,可有效降低护理风险事件发生,提高患者治疗依从性和护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of risk management in nursing care of hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 78 hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 39 cases in each group. Both two groups received routing nursing care during the treatment,and risk management measures were performed in the observation group. The incidence of nursing risk events,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of nursing risk events was 7. 6%（3 /39） in the observation group and was 28. 2%（ 11 /39） in the control group,with a significant difference（ P〈0.05）. The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction rate was 97. 4%（38 /39） and 92. 3%（36 /39） in the observation group,and was 79. 5%（ 31 /39） and 71. 8%（ 28 /39） in the control group,with significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of risk management can reduce the risk of nursing risk events and improve the nursing satisfaction of hemodialysis patients.
