摘要 为了保证带式输送机的高效运行,减轻对设备、机械和电网的冲击,实现更大的经济效益,将变频器投入使用到带式输送机运行系统中,利用变频调速、恒转矩启动,极大地减轻了胶带启动、停止期间的运输负担,胶带正常运转期间能够根据实际生产需要自动调节频率、运转速度,达到了节约电能、降低运行成本的目的。 To ensure the efficient running of belt conveyor, reduce the impact on the equipment, machinery and electric grid, achieve greater economic benefits, and apply frequency converter into the running system of belt conveyor. With the speed adjustment and con-stant torque starting of frequency converter,the transport difficulty has been solved greatly during the process of conveyor start and stop-ping. In the normal running of belt conveyor, the frequency and running speed can be adjusted automatically according to the demands of production, and the purpose of power saving and running cost reducing has been achieved.
