摘要
以杉木树煤矿为例,针对煤矿压风机人工就地操作存在的一些问题,介绍了一种基于PLC的压风机集中监测、控制方式及通信方式。实践证明,基于PLC的压风机自动控制系统实现了压风机参数采集、数据处理、故障报警、远程集中控制、运行时间设定等各种功能,还实现了压风机房无人值守,为实现数字化矿井打下了良好的基础。
Taking Shanmushu Coal Mine as an example, and aiming at some problems existing in manual operation of pressure fan, a pressure fan system based on PLC was introduced in the paper, including its centralized monitoring and control way, and the communica-tion mode. Practice has shown that,the automatic pressure fan based on PLC has achieved many functions, such as parameter acquisi-tion,data processing, fault alarm, remote centralized control,and so on. "Unmanned on duty" of pressure fan room was also achieved, which has laid a good foundation for realizing digital mine.
