摘要
近年来，随着特殊教育学校教师专业化发展的不断推进，特校教师越来越重视科研活动及论文发表。文章通过搜索中国知网（CNKI）近十年来刊发的特校教师的文章为样本，通过分析、归纳概括其稿件的质量和特征，从中发现特校教师论文写作中存在的选题不当、学术性和创新性不足、行文缺乏规范性等同质性问题，针对这些问题进行了探讨并相应提出了提升特校教师科研论文写作水平的策略。
In recent years, with the development of teacher profession, the teachers in special education schools are keen on writing and publication. This study chose the articles published on CNKI and analyzed the quality and features of the articles. Our results show there are many problems including inappropriate topics, inadequate academic and creativity and out of paradigm. Then it made suggestions on how to improve writing quality to solve these problems.
