摘要 采用GIS技术、GPRS技术及物联网传感等技术实现对城区"雨情"实时发布、"涝情"及时预警、"排涝"资源科学调度。并结合WebGIS地理技术设计和大型应用数据库系统,在此基础之上,对各种信息资源进行全面的整合和重组。本系统在东营市上线运行以来,对大、暴雨监测,多次利用排水模型进行预警,针对实时降雨强度进行报警,通过短信、LED显示大屏等多种渠道对广大市民进行提醒,对人民大众出行和生产带来了很大的方便和指导意义。 The GIS technology, GPRS technology and physical networking sensing technique was adopted to realize the city "rainfall" real-time release, "flood" timely warning, "drainage" science and resources scheduling. Combined with the WebGIS technology design and large-scale application database system, on this basis, a comprehensive integration of various information resources and restructuring. The system in Dongying City launched since, for large and heavy rain monitoring, repeatedly using the drainage model early warning, for real-time rainfall intensity alarm, via SMS, LED display screen, such as a variety of channels for the general public to remind, bring great convenience and guidance on the masses of people travel and production.
