摘要
富血小板血浆(PRP)已在临床上应用多年,现已被广泛用来修复骨与软组织损伤,包括创面,骨缺损,骨关节炎,肌腱病等等。PRP在贫血供组织如肌腱、软骨的修复方面,目前存在争议较多。本文就PRP在临床应用中出现的一些问题和争议进行讨论。
Platelet-rich plasma （PRP）has been used to improve bone and soft tissue repair for decades, including cutaneous wounds, bone defect, osteoarthritis, and tendinopathy. However, the effectiveness of PRP in treating the tissue with poor blood supply such as tendon and cartilage is still controversial currently. In this paper, some common problems and controversies about the clinical applications of PRP are discussed.
