摘要
目的介绍R软件metagen命令在预后研究Meta分析中HR合并的运用。方法以实例数据为例,采用R软件metagen命令合并HR,进行预后研究Meta分析。结果 metagen命令能够进行相关统计学计算及森林图绘制。结论 metagen命令可作为系统评价制作者处理预后研究Meta分析的较好方法,以弥补R软件其他程序包或命令的不足。
Objective To introduce the method of Meta-analysis of prognosis studies in R software. Methods We conducted Meta-analysis to consolidate hazard ratio（ HR） by using metagen command in R software through an example data. Results We obtained descriptive statistics,subgroup analysis,and forest plot for the fixed or random model. Conclusion Meta-analysis of prognosis studies can be realized by metagen command in R software.
