摘要
为适应国家对培养具有扎实计算机和数学素质、掌握一定工程技术方法,同时具有管理和商务技巧的金融专业人才需要,许多地方商科院校开设了金融工程专业。通过培养学生综合运用数学、信息学、统计学和计算机编程等工程技术来解决金融问题。文章以"卓越工程师教育培养计划"内涵建设为基础,结合本校金融工程专业发展现状和特点,探索和研究金融工程人才培养的教学改革和实践新思路和新方法。拟通过对卓越人才培养的课程体系、教学方法、实践平台等方面进行改革,制定符合学生个性成长需要的多元化培养目标和路径,培养优秀人才。
Aiming at training talents with good computer and mathematics quality, certain engineering method andmanagement and business skills, many local business colleges have set up financial engineering. They can cultivatestudents＂ comprehensive engineering ability of mathematics, information science, statistics and computer programmingto solve financial problems in real life. Based on the connotation construction of ＂Training Plans for Outstanding En-gineers＂ of China and present development situation and characteristics of financial engineering of our school, thispaper explores and researches new ideas and methods to carry out reform on the financial engineering talent cultiva-tion. Through reform on the course system, teaching methods and practice platforms, colleges can make diversifiedcultivation objectives which match with students individual needs and train excellent talents.
